Our Commitment to Fairness and Transparency
At The Mosaic Group, our goal is to empower campaigns with strategy and execution grounded in integrity, fairness, and trust. We believe transparency is essential to maintaining the confidence of every candidate we serve.
Party Involvement & Recusal Policy:
Some members of our team maintain involvement with the Democratic Party at the local, county or state level. Because we value fairness and transparency, we follow a clear recusal policy:

If a campaign overlaps a district where our team has active party involvement, or if more than one Democratic candidate is on the same primary ballot, the involved member of The Mosaic Group will recuse himself or herself from all involvement in that campaign.

In those cases, a separate team member will oversee any activities on that campaign including consulting, messaging, and strategy — to ensure independence and avoid any conflict of interest.
Print & Mail Services
Our print and mail production services are available to any and all candidates; including during a primary. However, when multiple Democrats are competing in the same race, The Mosaic Group will not provide design or messaging services for any candidate in that contest.
In those cases, we can still provide high-quality print and mail production support, provided that design, strategy, and messaging are handled by an independent consultant or campaign team outside of The Mosaic Group.
