Jason Peters is a political advisor and campaign consultant with experience supporting candidates at the local, state, and national levels. His work focuses on disciplined campaign planning, integrated infrastructure, brand development, and coordinated voter outreach.
He has worked with campaigns across competitive races, helping candidates build clear roadmaps, implement effective systems, and execute professional media programs.
Jason founded The Mosaic Group to bring structure, clarity, and operational discipline to campaigns that are serious about competing.

Party Involvement & Recusal
Mosaic is principal-led, and at times we may maintain involvement with the Democratic Party at the local, county, or state level. To ensure fairness and avoid any real or perceived conflict of interest, we follow a clear recusal policy:
If a campaign overlaps a district where there is active party involvement and multiple Democratic candidates are competing in the same primary, we will recuse from all participation in that race. In those cases, we are happy to recommend experienced, independent consultants or agencies who can provide strategic, messaging, or consulting support without any potential conflict.
Print & Mail Production
Our print and mail production services are available to candidates across all races, including primaries. However, when multiple Democratic candidates compete in the same contest, Mosaic will not provide design, messaging, or strategic services to any candidate in that race.
We will provide print and mail production support to any candidates provided their design and messaging are handled independently by an outside consultant or campaign team.
